Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Ammar Hanif & CO, you agree to our professional workflow. Projects begin only after the initial deposit is confirmed.

2. Intellectual Property

Full ownership of designs and code (Shopify Liquid/CSS) is transferred to the client only upon receipt of the final project payment.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary brand assets and feedback within agreed timelines to ensure project milestones are met.
